Laura & Lee’s Pre Wedding Photographs

Here are the images from the pre wedding shoot of Laura and Lee who are getting married at the Reeds Hotel in Barton, Lincolnshire in April. We were very lucky with the weather today and the Reeds provides some stunning backdrops for wedding photography. Laura’s mum came along and proved to be great fun making us all laugh a lot! We are now really looking forward to the wedding!

Mothers Day Portrait

Mothers Day is just around the corner (10 March) and I thought I would share with you a recent family photo shoot which might just give you some inspiration for a nice surprise for mum or granny this Mothers Day! Our packages start at £35 and include one 7 x 5 inch print.

Baby Photography

It’s  always a treat to photograph small babies and this one was no exception! Oliver was perfectly content to have his photo taken and he was such a cutie too!

Wedding Photography East Yorkshire – Sarah & Callum’s Wedding, Lazaat

What a lovely day we had on Friday doing the wedding photographs for Sarah and Callum who were married at Lazaat Cottingham. We were thrilled to be chosen to do this one as Sarah’s brother Chris has been a regular visitor to the Gower household for many years! A natural in front of the camera, Sarah was relaxed and happy and ready in very good time which meant we were able to do some beautiful photos before the big event. The groom looked very handsome and smart in his military uniform and despite the cold and a brief rain shower we were able to get outside to do some photographs. Friends and family were all relaxed and happy and all looking very chic; a good day was had by all!

Seaside Wedding in Filey, East Yorkshire

Well we have just arrived back from the wedding of Beth and Mark which took place in Filey and I simply couldn’t sleep so I have been working on the wedding photos already!  What a really beautiful day it was! We had every sort of weather on the drive there; rain, snow, hail and sun!  By the time we arrived the sun came out and stayed with us on and off for most of the day. Thanks to Darren & Lizzi Booth from the Downcliffe House Hotel who looked after everyone so beautifully. If you are looking for an extremely chic hotel by the sea with the warmest of welcomes, then you could not do any better than this! The Minister at the methodist church (forgive me; your name has escaped my brain at this ridiculous hour!) was the most delightful (and the most glamorous) official we have ever had the pleasure of working with! Family and friends were warm and charming and the couple themselves are not only stunning but lovely to be with – what more could you ask for? Oh yes – the photos! Here is a sneaky preview!
